How it works
Six steps from packed box to pickup. Nothing is booked until you accept and Issa approves.
Pack your box
Follow the packing rules below.
Submit a request
Fill out the shipping request form below. Requests are due by Monday at 12:00 PM PT.
Get your quote
You'll get an email quote showing the UPS.com price vs our Teemo Express Shipping price.
Accept
Reply "I accept" to the quote. Nothing is booked until you accept and Issa approves.
Receive your label
You get your UPS Next Day Air label. The label cost is deducted from your payout.
Schedule pickup
Call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877). Boxes insured over $1,000 must be handed to the UPS driver (no drop-offs) so the driver can sign the High Value Waiver.

Packing rules
Every box, every time. Boxes that don't follow these may be sent back.
- 01Pack only accepted/scanned slabs.
- 02Remove all stickers and sleeves.
- 03Slabs cleaned, with no cracks.
- 04Use white slab boxes with dividers.
- 05Double box, with no writing on any box.
- 06Outer box and bubble wrap around the inner box are a must.
- 07Sports and Pokémon ship separately.
- 08Football and baseball may share a box if divided.
- 09Use the recommended outer box.
